1.Product Description

The ultrasonic vibration sieve adopts advanced energy conversion technology, converting 220V 50Hz or 110V 60Hz power into 38KHZ high-frequency electrical energy, which is then turned into 38KHZ mechanical vibration by an ultrasonic transducer. Built on the conventional vibrating screen structure, it adds a high-frequency, low-amplitude ultrasonic vibration device to the screen surface. The ultrasonic acceleration keeps ultrafine powder particles suspended, effectively preventing screen clogging caused by adhesion, friction and gravitational settling. It solves the screening difficulties of materials with strong adsorptivity, poor dispersibility, high static electricity, high fineness, high density and low specific gravity, and is ideal for premium fine-grained powder screening.

4.Working Principle

Senyou good design ultrasonic vibration sieve for fine sand is an ultrasonic screening module that can be retrofitted onto standard vibrating screens. Engineered to operate with electrical energy in 220V 50Hz or 110V 60Hz configurations, it channels this power into an ultrasonic transducer that converts the electrical input into 36KHz mechanical vibration. The ultrasonic waves generated in this way drive the screen mesh to vibrate at an ultra-high frequency of up to 36,000 cycles per second, which places fine powder materials on the screen surface in a micro-suspended state. This suspended condition enables materials to pass through the screen more quickly, while simultaneously preventing problems such as static electricity accumulation and material adhesion to the screen. At the same time, the device efficiently performs dual functions of material screening and automatic screen self-cleaning.
