4.Working Principle

Engineered for operation with 220V 50Hz or 110V 60Hz electrical energy, it directs this power to an ultrasonic transducer, which turns electrical input into 36KHz mechanical vibration. The ultrasonic waves generated hereby drive the screen mesh to vibrate at an ultra-high frequency reaching 36,000 cycles per second, putting fine powder materials on the screen surface in a micro-suspended state. This suspended condition enables faster material penetration through the screen, while simultaneously preventing issues including static electricity accumulation and material adhesion to the screen. At the same time, the device efficiently executes dual functions of material screening and automatic screen self-cleaning.
