(4).Once the vibrator is activated, the amplitude reaches a stable operating value instantly. Upon shutdown, the amplitude vanishes immediately. Direct startup and shutdown at rated voltage, current, and amplitude are permissible.
(5).The exciting vibration and amplitude of the screen body are adjustable. The particle size of undersize products can be controlled by modifying the screen body’s exciting force (i.e., adjusting the exciting vibration).
4.Working principle
The glaze vibrating separator operates on a distinct principle compared to conventional screening equipment. This high-speed glaze vibrating filter relies on a high-frequency vibration motor, whose rapid vibrations disrupt the surface tension of the material within the slurry. This action causes the material to vibrate intensely across the screen surface, boosting the contact frequency between the target material and the screen mesh to deliver superior screening and separation performance.
