1.Introduction

Senyou rotary drum vibrating sifter for organic fertilizer is made up of five essential parts: a circular drum, a frame, a funnel, a reducer, and an electric motor. Once crushed stones enter the drum, they are screened by the centrifugal force and bouncing effect produced by the drum’s spinning motion. The materials go through a series of screens with different mesh sizes one after another. Stones of distinct specifications are filtered out, then slide through the funnel onto a belt conveyor and are delivered to the finished product storage area. The sifter achieves efficient separation in two ways: on the one hand, the drum’s rotation generates centrifugal force and bouncing action to sort materials; on the other hand, larger stones travel along the drum’s slope and are progressively sorted via the varying mesh screens. Smaller stones, after being separated, fall into corresponding funnels and are either manually transported or moved to the finished product storage area by gravity.

3.Working principle

Senyou rotary drum vibrating sifter for organic fertilizer is primarily made up of a motor, a reducer, a drum assembly, a frame, a sealing cover, and an inlet and outlet. Mounted at an incline on the frame, the drum assembly is driven to rotate around its central axis by the motor— which connects to it via a coupling and reducer.

When materials enter the drum assembly, the combined force of the assembly’s slant and rotation makes the substances on the screen surface flip and tumble. This motion lets qualified materials (undersize products) pass through the screen mesh on the drum’s outer edge for discharge, while unqualified materials (oversize products) are expelled from the drum’s end. What’s more, the ongoing flipping and tumbling of materials inside the drum dislodges particles stuck in the sieve holes, effectively avoiding screen clogging.
