Via an ultrasonic transducer, this energy is transformed into 38KHz mechanical vibration, delivering excellent screening results and strong self-cleaning performance.
Built on the structure of standard vibrating screens, it adds a high-frequency low-amplitude ultrasonic unit and applies low-amplitude high-frequency ultrasonic waves to the screen surface. Driven by strong ultrasonic acceleration, ultra-fine powder particles stay suspended above the mesh, effectively preventing clogging caused by adhesion, friction and gravity deposition.
It eliminates common screening problems with materials featuring strong adsorption, poor flow, high static, high fineness, high density or low specific gravity. 4.Working Principle
Senyou new design ultrasonic vibro sieve for casting is an ultrasonic screening unit that can be retrofitted onto standard vibrating screens. Designed for 220V 50Hz or 110V 60Hz power supplies, it transmits electricity to an ultrasonic transducer that converts electrical energy into 36KHz mechanical vibration.The resulting ultrasonic waves make the screen mesh vibrate at an ultra-high frequency of 36,000 times per second, keeping fine powders on the screen in a micro-suspended state. This state allows materials to pass through the mesh more quickly, while avoiding static buildup and material adhesion to the screen.Meanwhile, the unit efficiently combines material screening and automatic self-cleaning of the screen in one operation.
