4.Working principle
Senyou industrial slurry screening machine for ceramic production lines is fitted with a dedicated vibration source, featuring eccentric weights at both the top and bottom. These weights convert the machine’s rotational motion into a three-dimensional movement that integrates horizontal, vertical, and inclined motions, which is then transmitted to the screen mesh. By adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower weights, the material movement trajectory on the screen can be flexibly adjusted.
