3.Working principle

Multi-group magnet blocks generate a high-gradient, high-intensity magnetic field. As raw materials flow into the cavity, the magnetic conductive medium inside captures iron impurities by adsorption, which are then cleaned away to complete the iron removal process. During machine operation, raw materials enter the cavity via the feed inlet, pass through the medium, and are discharged slowly through the outlet. Under intermittent operation mode, materials in the cavity first flow back to the return tank through the return port (with all other valves shut at this moment), then air pressure pushes the magnet blocks out of the cavity along the guide rail. When cleaning is required, running water is fed through the water inlet to rinse iron impurities off the medium (the medium is non-magnetic in this phase), and the flushed iron impurities are discharged through the iron outlet. The entire process is fully automatic and runs cyclically according to the preset program. For multi-cavity equipment, each cavity works in turn between operation and cleaning states without mutual influence, ensuring continuous feeding and consistent iron removal effect.
