1.Introduction

3.Working principle
Multi-group magnetic blocks generate a high-gradient, high-intensity magnetic field. When raw materials pass into the cavity, the internal magnetically conductive medium adsorbs iron impurities on its surface, which are then removed and cleaned to complete iron removal.
During operation, raw materials enter the cavity via the feed inlet, flow through the medium, and are gradually discharged from the outlet. In intermittent operation mode, materials in the cavity first return to the return tank through the return port (with other valves closed), then air pressure moves the magnet out of the cavity along the guide rail. For cleaning, tap water is supplied through the water inlet to wash iron impurities off the medium (when the medium is non-magnetic), and the impurities are discharged through the iron discharge port. The whole process requires no manual operation and runs automatically in cycles according to the program.
For multi-cavity models, each cavity switches independently between working and cleaning modes without interference, allowing continuous feeding while maintaining stable iron removal efficiency.
