3.Working principle
Multi-group magnetic blocks generate a high-gradient, high-intensity magnetic field. As raw materials enter the cavity, the internal magnetically conductive medium absorbs iron impurities, which are then removed by cleaning to complete iron removal.
During operation, raw materials enter through the feed inlet, pass through the medium, and are discharged gently from the outlet. In intermittent mode, materials in the cavity return to the return tank via the return port with all other valves closed, after which compressed air pushes the magnetic blocks out of the cavity along the guide rail.
For cleaning, tap water is fed through the water inlet to rinse impurities from the non-magnetic medium, and contaminants are discharged through the iron outlet. The entire process is fully automatic and runs in cycles according to a preset program.
For multi-cavity models, each cavity switches independently between working and cleaning without interference, ensuring stable continuous feeding and reliable iron removal efficiency.
