1.Introduction

Senyou high purification full-automatic iron remover for sludge is a next-generation iron removal device developed in response to the prevailing challenges in industries such as ceramics—including small slurry processing capacity, inadequate iron removal performance, and high failure rates. 2.Performance Features

1).Magnetic Field Strength:High-gradient magnetic field,with the maximum working magnetic field reaching 18,000 GS – 20,000 GS.

2).Magnetic Material Selection: The only magnetic material in the iron removal industry has a performance above N50, and the magnetic material’s demagnetization rate does not exceed 5‰ within 3 years, with a long service life.

3).Component Selection: a: The water pump is selected from the listed enterprise in the water pump industry – Xinjie Pump Industry, and it is free to replace and repair within three years; b: The electromagnetic valve is manufactured by Yadeke;c: The connecting hose adopts the original Italian brand imported from Italy, which is extremely durable; d: The pipeline is made of sanitary-grade SUS304 material to ensure that the slurry is not contaminated; e: A visual tablet control panel is adopted, and the time for iron removal, backflow of slurry, and flushing can be set according to actual requirements.

3.Working principle

Multi-group magnet blocks generate the high gradient and high-intensity magnetic filed.When raw material flows into the cavity,the medium in cavity has magnetic conduction to absorb iron impurity on it,then cleaning it to achieve the purpose of iron removing.When the machine is working, the raw material flow into cavity from feed inlet,through the medium,then slowly discharging out from its outlet.Under the intermittent operation mode,firstly the material of cavity flows from return port back to return tank(at this moment other valves are all closed ),then use air pressure through its lead rail to push the magnet out of cavity.When need cleaning,the running water flow in from water inlet to flush the iron impurity on the medium (at this moment the medium is non-magnetic),then the iron impurity discharge out from iron discharging port. The whole process without manual operation,repeat operation according to the program. If the machine has multi-cavity,each cavity alternate the working state and the cleaning state,they do not affect each other,continuous feeding material,no effect on iron removal.
