4.Working Principle

The distinctive gyratory motion enables the material to undergo a sequence of movements as it travels across the screen surface. The process initiates with a horizontal circular motion at the feed inlet, which gradually transitions into an elliptical trajectory along the machine’s length, and ultimately becomes a near-linear motion at the discharge outlet. Notably, this motion lacks any vertical component, ensuring that the material maintains continuous contact with the screen surface at all times.
