1.Product introduction

The industrial magnetic de-ironing separator is ideal for industries including ceramics, mineral processing, chemical engineering and food processing. It can efficiently remove strong magnetic iron impurities, as well as certain iron oxides and titanium oxides from various pastes. A key advantage is that the magnetic parts do not directly touch the processed materials, which prevents heat accumulation and greatly reduces oxidation risks. In addition, the machine features a simple structure, low failure rate, high stability and long service life. A specially designed cleaning system is also equipped to ensure full cleaning of the working medium in each operation cycle.

2.Features

3.Working principle

Multi-group magnetic blocks create a high-gradient, high-intensity magnetic field. When raw materials enter the cavity, the magnetically conductive medium inside adsorbs and captures iron impurities, which are then removed by cleaning to finish the iron removal process.

During operation, raw materials enter the cavity through the feed inlet, pass through the medium, and are discharged slowly from the outlet. In intermittent mode, materials in the cavity first return to the return tank via the return port (with all other valves closed). Then compressed air pushes the magnetic blocks out of the cavity along the guide rail.

For cleaning, tap water is supplied through the water inlet to wash iron impurities off the medium (the medium is non-magnetic at this stage), and the washed impurities are discharged through the iron outlet. The whole process is fully automatic and runs cyclically based on a preset program.

For multi-cavity equipment, each cavity operates and cleans alternately without interference, ensuring stable continuous feeding and consistent iron removal performance.
