4.Working Principle
Senyou good design automatical rotary vibration sieve with large capacity uses a vertical motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert the motor’s rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transmit this motion to the screen surface, so that the material moves outward on the screen surface. Involute motion, so this series of vibrating screens is called a travel vibrating screen. The rotary vibrating screen has the advantages of long material running track and high screen surface utilization. By adjusting the phase angle of the weights at the upper and lower ends, the material’s motion track on the screen surface can be changed, and different screening requirements such as fine screening and probability screening can be performed on the material.
