1.Introduction

Senyou fineness rotary trommel screen for rock is made up of five key parts: a rotating drum, frame, discharge funnel, gear reducer, and electric motor. As crushed stones are fed into the drum, materials are screened using the centrifugal force and tumbling action produced by the revolving drum. Materials move through multiple layers of screens with different aperture sizes in sequence, allowing stones of various sizes to be graded effectively. These classified materials then slide through the funnels onto a belt conveyor and are transferred to the finished product storage area. This screening unit achieves efficient material classification in two ways: firstly, the rotating drum generates centrifugal force and tumbling movement to sort materials; secondly, larger stones travel along the inclined drum and are graded step by step via different mesh screens. After separation, smaller stones drop into the corresponding funnels and are delivered to the finished product storage area either manually or by gravity.

3.Working principle

Senyou fineness rotary trommel screen for rock mainly comprises a motor, reducer, drum assembly, frame, sealing cover, and inlet/outlet. The inclined drum is driven by the motor to rotate steadily.As materials enter, the drum’s rotation and inclination make particles tumble continuously. Qualified materials pass through the screen for discharge, while oversized ones are discharged from the drum end. The constant tumbling also frees blocked particles, effectively preventing screen clogging.
