1.Product Description
Senyou double deck stainless steel vibrating screen for palm oil is ideally suitable for the separation of solids fromliquids or segregating mixed materials into various particle sizes. It is also renownedworldwide for its dependability, durability and quality. It is a screening device, which worksthrough separating solids contained in dirt crude oil by sieving / vibrating on filtermedia with a certain mesh size (as needed). Usually the use of vibrating screenis placed before CST (before entering COT) and after CST (in the sludge tank) .The filtering process is assisted by giving hot water as a washing machine with a temperatureof 80 ℃ – 90 ℃. The function of palm oil vibrating screen is to separate the non oil solid (NOS)which consists of trash, large fibers and sand that are joined with crude oil. Particles as fine as 300 mesh (50 micron) can be screened using this machine.In addition, up to 4 fractions simultaneous classifications can be obtained byincorporating up to 3 screening decks. Sizes are available in 600,800,1000,1200,1500,2000mm diameters. Senyou brand circular vibrating screen has a very small footprint and does not requirespecial flooring or foundation.

4.Setting
Step 1 Remove shipping brackets before start-up
Step 2 Install 4 supports on the base,
Step 3 Choose the suitable sieves and adjust the angel of motor’s weights
according to the material and duty
Step 4 Inspect whether springs, screws and other spare parts have been tightened
Step 5 Plug into the electricity, then check whether the running direction of motor is same as the indication
Step 6 Turn off the power for safety.
