3.Working principle

Multi-group magnet blocks create a high-gradient, high-intensity magnetic field. As raw materials flow into the cavity, the magnetic conductive medium inside adsorbs iron impurities onto its surface; these impurities are then cleaned off to achieve iron removal. During operation, raw materials enter the cavity through the feed inlet, pass through the medium, and are slowly discharged via the outlet. Under intermittent operation mode, materials inside the cavity first flow back to the return tank through the return port (with all other valves closed at this stage), then air pressure pushes the magnet out of the cavity along the guide rail. For cleaning, running water is introduced through the water inlet to rinse iron impurities off the medium (when the medium is non-magnetic), and the impurities are then discharged through the iron discharge port. The entire process requires no manual intervention and repeats automatically as programmed. For multi-cavity models, each cavity alternates between working and cleaning modes independently without mutual interference, enabling continuous feeding with no impact on iron removal efficiency.
