1.Product introduction
The magnet de-ironing machine for glaze is ideally suited for industries including ceramics, mineral processing, chemical engineering and food processing. It can efficiently remove strongly magnetic iron contaminants, along with certain iron oxides and titanium oxides, from various paste-form materials. A key advantage is that its magnetic components do not come into direct contact with the processed materials, which prevents heat accumulation and reduces the risk of oxidation to a minimum. To achieve thorough cleaning of the working medium during each operational cycle, a specialized cleaning system has been custom-developed and manufactured for this purpose.

3.Working principle
Multi-group magnet blocks generate the high gradient and high-intensity magnetic filed.When raw material flows into the cavity,the medium in cavity has magnetic conduction to absorb iron impurity on it,then cleaning it to achieve the purpose of iron removing. When the machine is working, the raw material flow into cavity from feed inlet,through the medium, then slowly discharging out from its outlet.Under the intermittent operation mode,firstly the material of cavity flows from return port back to return tank(at this moment other valves are all closed ),then use air pressure through its lead rail to push the magnet out of cavity.When need cleaning,the running water flow in from water inlet to flush the iron impurity on the medium (at this moment the medium is non-magnetic),then the iron impurity discharge out from iron discharging port. The whole process without manual operation,repeat operation according to the program. If the machine has multi-cavity, each cavity alternate the working state and the cleaning state,they do not affect each other,continuous feeding material,no effect on iron removal.
