4.Working Principle:
1).The basic rotation mimics the manual screening action of humans. The swing amplitude can be adjusted from 25 to 40 mm, and the swing frequency can be adjusted from 120 to 360 times per minute.
2).The retention time of the screened materials in the screening machine can be adjusted by the longitudinal direction and the cutting angle of the machine.
3).The horizontal and throwing rolling motion of the materials on the mesh surface causes the materials to be evenly distributed from the center to the edge on the mesh surface. Thus, the circular motion propagates axially. The fine particles complete the entire screening process.
4).The horizontal and vertical accelerations increase with the movement of the particles. The particles close to the sieve holes are successfully separated. The larger particles are sent to the outlet, where the flow rate is controlled by an adjustable guiding device. This guiding device is another factor controlling the material retention time.
5).This process is repeated between each sieve layer.
