What is natural sand？
Natural sand is formed by natural conditions (mainly rock weathering). Rock particles with a particle size of less than 5mm, including natural sea sand, lake sand, river sand, or crushed stone sand (that is, minerals naturally break up into fine sand grains).
Sea sand is mainly the main raw materials of mechanical and casting sand, and can also be used for grinding materials, clearing sand, rust removal, removing oxidative skin treatment ceramics and refractory materials. In general, although sea sand has the advantages of river sand, most of the sea sand often contains impurities such as shells. The chlorine, sulfate and magnesium salt in its composition will cause corrosion of the steel bars and affect the performance of concrete. To some extent, it will shorten the safe service life of the building.
River sand is a non -metallic ore produced by natural stones through the role of natural stones through the water under the water for a long time. The composition is relatively complex, the surface is smooth, and the impurities are many. River sand is mostly used for construction, concrete, gel materials, road building materials, artificial marble, cement physical performance inspection materials (that is, standard sand), etc. River sand can also be applied to casting, metallurgy, heat treatment, steel structure, frame structure, repair, bridge, mine and other fields in the fields of clearing, reinforcement, forming, eliminating stress, and surface cleaning and coating of various profiles.
Natural sand production process

The river sand production line is different from the mechanism sand production line, and it has no crush steps. River sand usually needs to be washed on the front end to achieve the purpose of cleaning and coarse screening. The wet sand is evenly transported to the drying system to remove the water content of the sand. 1) For factors such as limiting mining, environmental protection, and sustainable development, natural sand mining is restricted;
2) There are more impurities;
3) Natural sand is formed by natural effects. The edges and corners are not obvious and more rounded. When using the structure of cement and other structures, it is slightly weaker than the mechanism sand adhesion and the pressure resistance ability;
4) The price is expensive;
5) The pressure of energy consumption and environmental protection during the production process is still large.
